Create a Hardcover's Author Page 

there isn’t a separate “Author Account” type the way Goodreads has. But you can create a normal Hardcover user account to edit book/author data

• Click "Log In" if you're already have an acoount 
• To sign up click "Join"
• Choose your email and password and complete the sign-up form.

Go to your profile and fill in the basics:

• profile photo

• bio (short “about the author”)

• links (website / social links if you want)

• Apply to be a Hardcover Librarian (Hardcover’s FAQ says Librarians can edit data for books and authors, and that authors should mention they’re an author in the application)

• If you use Discord, link your Hardcover roles with Discord (this is how they gate extra Discord channels for roles like Librarian/Supporter)

If your author page/books have issues (missing book, wrong edition, duplicate author entries)
